Team Coaching and Facilitation

We had a specific challenge in our school around how a senior team was performing together. A number of factors led to these challenges including different cultural backgrounds, experience in international education and even gender and age considerations. I was feeling frustrated that we couldn’t get more cohesion out of a team made up of talented individuals.

The exploratory work and the sessions we conducted with Sarah were transformational in how the team approached their work together and ultimately led to a marked increase in mutual respect, enjoyment of working together and ultimately productivity. Sarah’s experience in international schools meant that she gained a very confident feel for our context very quickly and understood the challenges we faced both within the group and as a group.

All members of the group expressed how supported they felt from the group and individual sessions they had with Sarah – she took time to understand their perspective in this complex mix within the team. Perhaps, like some of our clients, you have an immediate challenge you'd like to resolve? 

This may centre around a challenging conversation, situation, or conflict. Or perhaps it's an opportunity to explore thinking before an important meeting or work on an action plan.

These practical sessions start from 90 minutes and they're a popular way to begin to work with us and for existing clients too!

Single sessions

Some clients have a specific goal they wish to work on over a short time frame. For example, exploring next steps in their career, improving their confidence, or handling conflict.

Whereas others want to create regular monthly space for reflection over the course of an academic year.

We work with some clients via WhatsApp and they enjoy our training and resource vault between sessions, others are happy for just the coaching sessions.

We work with teams in multiple ways. Recent examples include:

● A 5 month engagement creating the conditions for a new senior team to be at their best.

● A 6 month programme to support a senior leadership team in conflict to heal, reimagine ways of working, and reinvigorate the team.

● A series of designed and facilitated away-days for senior teams to strategise and team build.
